How it works

You’ll need a Direct Debit instruction.

Obtain a signed Direct Debit Instruction (DDI) from your customer. Forward this to the customer’s bank, as necessary – electronically (AUDDIS) or by post. You now have permission to collect the customer’s payments by Direct Debit.

Day 1: Input and Bacs processing.

Reports on unpaid Direct Debits, amendments or cancellations, and any rejections or claims.
